We’re in the process of building Strathearn Cheese back up, and a big part of that is bringing back our full range of cheeses. Over the past few months at markets, so many of you have asked about Lady Mary and Strathearn, it’s been clear there’s still a real appetite for them. We’ve taken that to heart, and we’re working hard to get them back into production, made the way they always were. It’s going to take time, but we’re committed to doing it right.
